I like to find solution in places you don’t expect them. I believe in challenging the status quo by seeking first to understand your situation, relate to it, then focus on ways it can be improved thanks to the implementation of innovative SAP functionalities and processes. This isn’t to say that your current solution is not working. Rather, like plants, systems must evolve. They grow, and adapt to their environment, then at some point their rooting system gets tangled. That’s time to repot. And that’s where I jump in. As a consultant, I thrive to understand my customer’s business, the challenges that users face every day and investigate possibilities to mitigate those challenges by simplifying the solution while onboarding users to the new solution by working hand in hand to achieve our objectives. As a project manager, my goal is to ensure that the project is delivered on time and within budget. How? With a close monitoring of the project deliverables in each phase, whilst ensuring a good communication stream with the project committee, project team and key users so as to stay aligned throughout the project’s lifecycle. Sure my first love in SAP will always be plant maintenance and the many integrations it is involved in. Ensuring that your assets are well taken care of through the implementation of strategic follow-up on a corrective, preventive and predictive basis is crucial. Just like making sure that spare parts are available when needed and that the maintenance team can benefit from a simplified planning solution – like the one we have at #SOAPeople,#R4AM – and flexible mobile integrations – which we also offer by the way – will, in the long run, participate in the profitability of your company. However, like everything in life, my interests have since evolved into the running of SAP projects and the many hurdles it can bring about. Being able to combine both interests (and many more frankly) is why I love working at SOA People. I want to help you see beyond the hassle of having to get familiar with a new solution, and help you see the benefits said solution will bring in your daily operations. I’m not scared of pests, let’s learn to tackle them together so that the system, like the plant, will continue to flourish. I can maintain 65+ plants, so there’s no doubt I can help you too!
