I am a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), Registered Nurse with and extensive an diverse clinical background over numerous years of clinical practice including clinical research at a large bed metropolitan trauma center. I am passionate about advancing patient outcomes through digital innovation whether at point of care or through clinical research. The past decade has been focused on advancing digital technologies for use in research, as well as advancing novel business technologies and processes that drive data-driven decision making to improve outcomes and operational expenses in clinical research. To ensure success in these areas, there must also be the development and implementation of corresponding new business models for operation. I have expertise in all phases of drug development, pharmacovigilance, quality, regulations, and clinical operations. I am well versed in global regulations, GCP and have a robust understanding of clinical development and safety, in the U.S as well as globally. I am Six Sigma Green Belt Certified. I hold strong beliefs in leadership should be a focus away from self, and in support of others development and career advancement. Honest leadership is the core to success of any project. Empowering and leveraging the strengths of all individuals on a team is what leads to successful outcomes for all team members. As a responsible, resourceful, pragmatic and a natural leader, I have the ability to see the whole picture, while understanding the details of the parts. As an advocate for patients and their families, my passion is centered around advancing healthcare through the advancement of treatments that lead to meaningful outcomes and improved quality of life.
