About Leslie Threadgill

I am a proud educator of more than 20 years. I have had the pleasure of working within two of the largest school districts within St. Louis, Missouri. During that time, I have served as a grade level leader, Professional Development building representative, mentor, and tutor. My biggest accomplishment is the educational impact in which I have and still leave upon the students and parents in which I have positive interactions daily. I have been involved in the grassroots development of PLC's (Professional Learning Communities) as well as PBIS. While I have been an educator within the Hazelwood District, I have had the opportunity of serving on the Data and Assessment committee and cultural diversity program. Currently, I am pursuing a doctorate in Educational Administration. With this degree, I will further my research as to methods that educators can and must implement in the desire to meet and reach each student and parent at the student's academic, intrapersonal, and interpersonal skills. My goals are to develop various educational artifacts for educators to implement within the classroom, as well as to provide extended educational experiences for students and parents outside of the classroom environment.
