As a seasoned Project Manager at Siemens, I have been leading the implementation of energy management systems for over 19 years. My expertise lies in managing multiple client site installs, both retrofit and new construction, while ensuring revenue goals are met and forecasting for executive management is provided. I also oversee the project management team, providing feedback to engineers and architects on construction plans and best practices for energy management system components controlling HVAC and lighting assets.In addition to my role as a Project Manager, I have also served as an Operations Manager at Siemens, where I managed forecasting, energy management, financials, and automation. I led the Operations team in executing new construction projects, focusing on energy efficiency and innovation. I am a professional business leader who utilizes technology and field resources effectively. I hold a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Texas Tech University.
