About Lester Atkinson

I began my career as a teacher, which instilled in me a deep sense of empathy and problem-solving, before transitioning into graphic design and eventually into product design within the fintech space. Each step in this journey has shaped how I think, work, and collaborate — always with a focus on clear communication and delivering real value. At Galetti, my goal is to build lasting relationships, solve problems, and add real value to both our clients and the greater business. I approach work through the lens of design thinking — analysing challenges and crafting efficient, tailored solutions — so clients can trust that I’m committed to helping them find the right space for their specific needs.I’m passionate about helping clients buy and sell commercial property with clarity and confidence. By understanding their unique needs and business goals, I work to ensure every property transaction is seamless, strategic, and successful. Whether navigating complex deals or sourcing the perfect space, I aim to deliver solutions that create long-term value.Outside of work, I’m passionate about surfing, the ocean, and all things DIY — though my wife says I have far too many hobbies! Thanks for reading.
