I have been with Gabona almost from the very beginning of its operations. Gabona specializes in the wholesale distribution of professional hairdressing, makeup, and perfume products worldwide. Our current clients include cosmetic and hairdressing wholesalers, online stores, retail chains, and sellers on platforms such as Amazon and eBay. My journey with Gabona began when our team consisted of just three people. Initially, I focused on direct sales, building a base of regular clients in Poland from scratch. Through perseverance and dedication, I managed to expand our operations to international markets, which significantly contributed to the company's growth. As Gabona developed, I took on the responsibility of building and managing the sales department and establishing strategic relationships with suppliers. In recent years, I have focused on procurement, managing relationships with existing suppliers while actively seeking new ones. I have also introduced new brands and products to our portfolio and created an effective pricing policy. By managing a multi-million dollar budget for purchasing goods, I have significantly contributed to the company's growth, which has reached an annual turnover of 400 million PLN. My approach to business relationships is based on sincerity and integrity 🤝. Over all these years, we have never failed to keep our word, and the agreements made are sacred to us.
