About Leticia Bertuci

After 10 years as an entrepreneur in the Customer Service field, I decided to start working with International Education. Between 2013 - 2016, I had my own agency in Brazil, sending thousands of Brazilian students for language programs, high school and higher education abroad In 2017 I decided to be an International Student myself. Moved from Brazil to Canada and took two Graduate Certificates at Centennial College Marketing Management and International Business Management were the chosen programs While studying, I also worked at Centennial College as International Officer Assistant, processing admissions for Brazilian, Latin American and African students After graduating in 2018‍ I joined ApplyBoard and started a skyrocketing path: from Admissions Coordinator to building and managing the Recruitment Sales Team in Brazil and Latam markets from scratch to develop and deploy new departments in the Customer Experience Team (Admissions) to increase conversion of Diversity Markets students. I may say that my trajectory in the International Education industry is holistic: I was a Recruitment Agent and I was an International Student myself I worked in a Public College and managed admission strategies at the largest platform of international recruitment Now I work at Mohawk College as Manager, International Admissions - Hi, I’m Leticia Bertuci! I help Higher Education Institutions to increase international student enrollment by building innovative processes and linking Recruitment with Admission with the goal of increasing conversion.
