More than 17 years working with media and marketing. 8 of those years at advertising agencies within their media departments working with their international clients and their partner agencies abroad (LATAM, US and Europe). Working collaboratively with Business and Finance stakeholders to provide high quality planning and reporting analysis of high levels of investments as well as lower levels (that are equally challenging). Responsible for negotiating and managing media contracts, generating significant savings over the years. For 3 years responsible of all media 360 branding strategy at Natura. Highly analytical person, hard worker, a killer eye for detail, a strong problem solver, and effective communicator. Through the years I have also developed the ability to understand the marketing process and to know how to leverage Owned, Bought and Earned assets. Ability to work under pressure and quickly set priorities. Engaging people and leading teams to goals. Exceptional communication in both Portuguese (Native), English and Spanish.
