As the proud founder of Start Again, Not Over, I have structured a helping hands organization that provides workshops and seminars in the public and private sectors. My presentations are enlightening, educational, and motivate people to remember their true selves and live the life they want to live. Change is unavoidable. The choice to move forward or stay where we are is one we make every minute. Our lives are often riddled with emotions that stop us in our tracks. With a doctorate in Clinical Psychology, years of social service with counties in southern California, I have the experience you need, to help you get from here to there. I believe in the process of starting again, not over. Life experiences can be defeating, but they also provide us with a treasure trove of valuable information about ourselves, our abilities, and our true calling. You don’t want to start over with a clean slate. Rather, take what you know, apply it to what your want, and get to where you want to be.
