About Letitia Onea

I have more than 12 years experience in design, but worked with 'creativity’' since I can remember. Since I was a child, I engaged every single day of my life in creative hobbies and practices. Creativity for me has been life-changing, mind altering and ultimately, extremely practical. Alongside hard work and dedication, I managed to build my entire career on the foundation of this creative flare. Throughout my career, I have created products and experiences for a wide range of businesses in numerous fields like banking, finance and payment, technology, healthcare, fashion, media and digital retail. My strength has always been the ability to combine a passion for human-centric design with technical know-how and strategic thinking. I am an advocate for responsible innovation, always pushing for ethical assessment and decision-making. Self-development is what I strive for in every aspect of my life. I never seem to settle, never seem to feel that I’ve reached or achieved enough. Learning is essential for me. I cannot stress enough how important is for me a constant and well-paced learning. At this point of my career, the most important factor for my development is the community that surrounds me. I truly value a workplace (or environment) where I can surround myself with people who work, thoughts or lifestyle I admire. Beside exposing myself to brilliant and beautiful minds of people around me, I also engage in different activities from where I can draw inspiration, like: devourous reading or listening to podcasts about UX design or about creativity in general, researching and experimenting with new technology and exploring connex activities of different creative industries.
