About Lev Chuchman

I have more then 15 years of experience working in IT Operations and Management. My current position is Senior Engineering/Resource Manager leading a large and diverse group of employees across Sperasoft Studio Engineering department in Krakow and Warsaw. I’m also directly managing other Talent Managers and Talent Coordinators. The scope of my responsibilities includes Hiring, project sourcing, Resource forecasting, Performance reviews, Employee's development roadmaps, reporting to senior management on the teams work and wellbeing. Previously, I worked as Service Operations Manager at William Hill (Grand Parade), Leading and supervising 3 teams of Service Operations analysts across different geographical locations. Each team have a dedicated and different service area to support - Sportsbook, Gaming and CS. The teams are dedicated to Tier 2-3 support. My main responsibility is to minimize the impact of service failure to the Business by providing Major Incidents management in production, facilitate Incident management and problem prevention disciplines to affect permanent resolutions to problems, and maintain our agreed SLA's and KPI's.
