I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Coach. Throughout my career as a trainer, I have the proven ability to help individuals reach their top health and fitness goals while also helping to change their mindset and outlook on life during the process. I combine my 15 plus years as a professional DJ and public speaker, with my knowledge and passion for exercise and health to provide clients with a fun, yet challenging, experience while working to reach their goals. When combined with my strong work ethic and desire to self improve, I am confident that I can help take your fitness goals to the next level! I possess an astute understanding of being a student in my profession which gives me the drive and desire to always learn and get better so I can one day be the best trainer that I can be to clients. In addition, I have knowledge in kickboxing and group training which allows me to be very versatile in my style of training.
