About Levi Crider

With over 16 years of dedicated service in the energy sector and military, I bring extensive experience in power generation and operational excellence to any team I am part of. In my current role as an Operations Technician II Sr, with Southern Company, I sit as the Chairman of the Employee Safety and Wellness Committee and bring robust sets of skills and knowledge to include, emergency response, confined space rescue, leadership, personnel management and development to ensure seamless operations. Additionally, I serve as a Senior Non-commissioned officer in the Mississippi Army National Guard where I've honed the leadership competencies critical for team success. At my core, my mission is to empower my organization with innovative solutions that align with moral, ethical, and company values centered around safety, reliability and efficiency, as well as personal and professional growth and development, all while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
