To serve individuals and make an impact, so that they can find the best in themselves to improve themselves and their organization. I am a passionate Finance and operations executive, nearing 15 years experience, who is not afraid to step into the unknown. Early in my career I quickly saw that I wanted to have a holistic understanding of business to greater impact the organization. My past roles include a diverse background in Finance, Operations, and Accounting and mixed across a variety of organizations (i.e. business unit, sales, corporate). Along this path I have have also been given the great opportunity of leading a number of organizations, allowing me to drive organization priorities and create a culture that resonates with employees to drive results. Building a holistic versus myopic view takes experience, education, and perspective. My undergrad was in Economics, and I have earned a MBA from UT Austin. Key experiences in finance include finance management of a P&L to building a vision and driving the strategy for the overall infrastructure, processes and procedures for eCommerce Payments. On the Accounting side I have had experience at the business unit level with managerial accounting activities as well as leading a significant part of TI's corporate financial accounting. With respect to operations I have held roles driving supply chain activity, supporting new product ramps, and sunsetting material as well as building a sales analytics & forecasting team to directly engage with the Americas sales team. Beyond the core functional activities, I leverage my background in sports to find ways to motivate, and help individuals grow and develop to create a high performing organization.
