I am a huge people person and have spent the working years of my life thus far operating very closely with those I both work with, and those I provide a service to. I feel very lucky to work closely with people and thoroughly enjoy what I do. I always aim to boost my career and have interests in the retail banking sector as well as media formats in my free time. Recent achievements in my current role include Newcastle local markets digital change lead- training colleagues. Employee resource group advocate involvement- bringing community engagement to the forefront of our business, and mental health promoter. Leading multiple projects to collectively achieve our values and live the through our behaviours has always been demonstrated consistently. I am competent in computerised work, customer service and digital media. I utilise superior communication skills to build meaningful, trusting relationships that exceed stakeholder demands. When not working I enjoy leisure activities heavily focused around friends, family and sport. I also love meeting new people and learning about their lives, what they do and their experiences so far as I am always ready to listen.
