Currently as a Project Leadership Intern at Parexel International Corporation, I am actively building expertise in clinical study operations while honing essential project management skills through close collaboration with seasoned Project Leaders. Leveraging over 13 years of leadership & management experience as a veteran, I am eager to continue my transition into clinical research and development, searching for new opportunities to gain experience, learn, and grow my skillset. When filling a new role or learning a new trade I work well in teams, but I am autodidactic and innovative when adequate resources or personnel are unavailable for training. I am a life-long learner, passionate about helping my team succeed to the best of my ability and being a servant leader to those below me. I pride myself on being a diverse individual and I am grateful my career has fostered that love of culture. My professional journey has taken me all over the world including countries such as Germany, Greece, Kuwait, Qatar, Afghanistan, and Kyrgyzstan.
