As a tech lead at Ramsey Solutions, I am responsible for leading the discovery of software solutions that help people achieve financial peace. I work with a cross-functional team, using the Kanban and SCRUM methodologies. I have over twelve years of experience in full-stack web development. My top technical skills include C#.NET, Entity Framework, SQL, SCSS, React, Javascript, jQuery, CSS, HTML, responsive design, unit testing, and software design. I also have moderate experience with Java, Spring Boot, Spring Data REST, Ruby on Rails, Redis, AWS, Optimizely, A/B testing, Qualtrics, Postgress, and many other technologies. My top soft skills include user research, customer interviews, prototyping, tech spikes, R&D, gaining alignment from stakeholders, and motivating a team. I'm a good listener and constantly strive for clarity and alignment among all parties, from stakeholders to developers to QA and all the other roles involved in a project.
