About Levi Horner

And most of all, how do you know how much to list your home for or how to get approved to buy a home? That is why finding a professional in real estate whom you can trust is so important. It is my job to guide you through this complicated process and eliminate the feeling of being overwhelmed. Through my experience, I can assist you with the high level questions about price, market value, and negotiating a deal. I strive to reach a high level of customer service and availability for my clients. If you feel that you want to see the home one more time, let’s do it! If you have last minute questions or need a third explanation of the inspection and repair process no problem! Meeting your needs, easing your nerves, and advocating for you throughout the transaction is my goal. And in unexpected situations, I have connections in my back pocket to help out with financing, repairs, and other professionals as needed. I know that when my wife and I were starting a family, purchasing and moving into a new home was overwhelming, and through changing times in life you need someone you can trust and depend on. Becoming an agent with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services has been very fulfilling for me.
