Current Ph.D. candidate at The University of Iowa with a research focus in the field of additive manufacturing. Proficient printing processes include binder jetting, stereolithography, and digital light processing. Self-design and fabrication of a fully automated binder jetting printer has enabled in-depth understanding of energetic materials (Propellants, explosives, and combustibles), 3 first-author publications, and 1 patent. Further experience includes a strong hands-on background from 10 years in construction. Additionally, academia has developed my experience with numerous CAD software (Creo, Solidworks, AutoCad), in-depth understanding of quality and lean implementation, competency with scanning and transmission electron microscopy, and exposure to C++ and python programming. Additionally, a Master's in Engineering Technology Leadership was achieved at Western Illinois University.
