About Levi Levesque

I relocated to the Raleigh–Durham area in June 2024 to support Consigli’s growth in the Southeast, and since then I’ve been fully involved in a multitude of special projects. More recently, I've taken on several high-end, fast-paced interior renovations that demand sharp coordination, clear communication, and strong project management instincts.Previously, I recently contributed to delivering new office space for a global consulting firm within the American Tobacco Campus—an intricate, design-driven renovation that strengthened my ability to manage trades, align shifting design intent, and keep a tight schedule on track.Currently, I’m helping deliver another high-end interior renovation for American Underground, a coworking and startup community in Durham, NC. This project includes an ambitious reimagining of multiple bays within a historic Lucky Strike warehouse, featuring a new monumental stair and custom skylight. It has pushed me to grow quickly in adaptive problem-solving, sequencing, and stakeholder coordination. With a construction management–focused degree and early experience on infrastructure and renovation projects in Maine, I’ve built a solid foundation—but the new market challenges of the RDU area have accelerated my development more than anything. I thrive in environments where every day requires initiative, organization, and stepping up to keep the project moving. As Consigli continues to expand its presence further in the Southeast, I’m motivated to keep growing on the project management track and contribute meaningfully to our team’s reputation, relationships, and project execution in this market.
