I’m a law enforcement professional who thrives at the intersection of leadership, training, and tactical operations. My journey began in 2017 with the Arvada Police Department, where I developed a strong foundation in community policing, critical response, and team mentorship. Promoted to Sergeant in 2022 and now serving as a Lieutenant, I’ve led units through complex investigations and field operations with a focus on accountability and excellence. My passion lies in instruction—equipping officers with real-world skills in firearms, arrest control, CEW/TASER, active threat response, and tactics. I serve as an academy instructor, helping shape the next generation of peace officers with practical, scenario-driven training. Whether leading in the field or the classroom, I aim to create a culture of continuous improvement and operational readiness. Before entering law enforcement, I spent years in IT and construction—hands-on experience that sharpened my ability to assess problems from multiple angles and bring grounded, adaptable leadership to every role.
