About Levi Morley

Levi Morley is an Executive Director in the Legal and Corporate Affairs Office at Ally Bank, where he oversees the Regulatory Examination Office (REO), Compliance Programs, and Development and Engagement. He also serves as Chief of Staff to the Legal and Corporate Affairs Officer. In this capacity, Levi leads the oversight of regulatory examinations and inquiries from federal and state agencies and manages routine continuous monitoring activities. He provides strategic leadership for Ally’s Compliance Programs, which encompass Authoritative Sources, Governance, Program Reporting, Regulatory Change Management, and Compliance Training. Levi also directs development and engagement initiatives within Legal and Corporate Affairs, focusing on five key pillars: Communication, Corporate and Social Responsibility, Development, Early Talent, and Engagement. He is actively involved in Ally’s Generational Employee Resource Group (ERG) and participates in the company’s mentorship program. Since joining Ally in 2008, Levi has held key positions across Compliance, Risk, and Audit Services. In Risk, he managed loss forecasting and reserving for the consumer automotive portfolio. In Audit, he gained a solid foundation in internal controls and risk management, supporting audits across a range of business areas. Prior to Ally, Levi spent three years at Citizens Bank with a focus on retail banking. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Walsh College and is a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM). He has also completed both Foundational and Intermediate-level training through the American Bankers Association’s National Compliance School.
