About Levi Neufeld

Levi Neufeld had spent thirteen years in the medical device industry marketing and selling to major hospital systems as well as independent physician practices located in the San Francisco, California and the Las Vegas, Nevada area. His primary focus was on Cardiothoracics, Pulmonary and Neurology. Levi worked as Director of Sales for Bennett Medical where he created and spearheaded the Neurology Sleep Division while also working as a private contractor for Medtronic and Iverson Genetics. Choosing to specialize as an Industrial broker with NAI Vista, Levi later moved over to CBC Advisors to help establish a more dominant presence in the Davis and Weber county area. Levi's primary specialty is in the sales, leasing, and disposition of the Industrial market throughout the state. Levi has chosen to focus on the diverse needs of smaller tenants. Working in a market segment that is often overlooked by Industrial brokers, Levi believes that landlords and tenants with smaller space ownership and requirements deserve the same level of service and commitment provided to their larger counterparts. Levi has recognized that making the best possible real estate decisions can play a critical role in a company’s success, and works with a forward thinking mindset and strong determination to accomplish his clients’ goals. His demonstrated abilities with both tenants and landlords has allowed Levi to work with a diverse group of clients.
