Hi, I’m Levi—serving people is what I love to do. I grew up in a close-knit, faith-filled family that taught me the value of hard work and service. My dad served as Director of the Northeast Region for Racers for Christ (RFC), competing in NHRA and IHRA events in his Super Gas race car and preaching on Sundays, while my mom sang and homeschooled us. Their example of dedication and purpose shaped me. Family remains central to my life. I married my amazing wife Carissa Ratliff on May 29, 2020, and we now have a beautiful daughter, Wrenley, who keeps us smiling every day. Carissa is the head women’s basketball coach at Colorado Christian University, and we’re excited to see what God has in store for our family as we grow in faith and continue to mentor and serve others. I began my career in 2009 as a Chick-fil-A team member wiping trays. I quickly advanced, helping launch the first Chick-fil-A in Los Angeles (2010) and then managing the Hollywood location (2011). In 2016, I moved to Denver to open the Cherry Creek Chick-fil-A. The restaurant opened at $5.5 million in annual sales and, when I transitioned out six years later, was pacing for $8.5 million. In 2022, Carissa and I joined Baximus Enterprises, a startup consulting company dedicated to helping organizations strengthen systems, develop teams, and build scalable processes. This move expanded my influence across multiple industries, allowing me to apply large-scale operational expertise to emerging businesses and leadership teams. From launching new restaurant concepts to mentoring leadership teams, my career has centered on building systems that last and empowering people to succeed. I bring a blend of operational expertise and a passion for organizational development that drives sustainable results. A strategic, results-driven leader, I have experience in multi-unit restaurant operations, federal-enclave compliance, and organizational development. Recognized for creating systems that drive growth, streamline operations, and build high-performance teams, I have proven success in launching new concepts, managing full P&L accountability, negotiating vendor contracts, and leading large-scale training and leadership programs. I’m dedicated to aligning people, process, and financial stewardship to deliver sustainable profitability and operational excellence. Through every season whether managing a complex restaurant launch, guiding a leadership team, or spending time with Carissa and Wrenley, my heart remains the same: to serve people well and steward every opportunity with excellence and faith.
