With over 15 years of hands-on experience in the cannabis industry, I have had the opportunity to work across various segments from cultivation to product development, supply chain management, and sales. My career has spanned key roles including Supply Chain Supervisor, Sales and Product Development Lead, and Founder & CEO of my own brand, Awakened Topicals. Throughout these roles, I have consistently driven business growth, increased operational efficiency, and built strong B2B relationships.As a strategic leader in the cannabis space, I have successfully developed and launched award-winning products, managed supply chains for over 200 SKUs, and spearheaded initiatives that resulted in significant revenue increases—such as a 500% revenue growth within 30 days of launching new products at Kush Queen. My expertise extends to project management, vendor relations, branding, and marketing, with a strong focus on quality control and compliance.I hold a BA in Sociology/Political Science from the University of Oregon and am a Cannabis Sommelier Student (Ganjier Certification).
