I am a certified Lean Six Sigma professional, Project Management certified, and a dedicated and performance-driven Quality Manager with experience working in collaborative, fast-paced industrial and automated manufacturing environments. Manufacturing engineering background in process improvements, lean manufacturing, designing (in SolidWorks and PTC Creo Parametric/Pro-E) and implementing mechanical tooling and fixtures as well as creating and reviewing production work instructions (standard operating procedures). Quality Manager with experience in external customers and suppliers’ interface, internal audits and external customers’ audits, and completing customers source inspections. Experience reviewing customers’ purchase orders (PO) requirements and quality documents. Quality focus with excellent problem solving, leadership, technical and analytical skills with background working in a highly regulated industry per AS9100, AS9146, ISO 13485, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, and NADCAP standards. Background in collaborating cross-functionally on new product development processes (NPDP), leading and performing root cause analyses as well as implementing corrective and preventive actions. Strong educational and professional background with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and MS in Manufacturing & Mechanical Systems Integration( Manufacturing Engineering Technology) in addition to ASQ Six Sigma Black Belt certified, ASQ Quality Improvement Associate certified, and PMI Certified Associate in Project Management(CAPM).
