As a graduate with a degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Buea, I have a solid foundation in economics and the practical applications of business principles. I have also obtained various leadership certificates from Oral Roberts University and Renewed Mind Leaders Incorporated, a Scrum Fundamentals Certificate from Scrum Study, as well as a career development certificate from Raising a Generation of Esther's Foundation. With experience as both a Secretary and Teacher at Kofele Luma Memorial Secondary School, I have developed excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. I currently oversee a team of professionals as a Manager at Paraklete Institute, where I am responsible for ensuring consistent growth and success. I possess strong skills in leadership, communication, problem-solving, customer service, and the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and Word. As a highly motivated individual, I am dedicated to making a significant impact in any organization I join.
