Dynamic Leader, mentor and creative problem solver, I enjoy building and inspiring talented communities. I am engaged as a volunteer Mentor and Coach at the NatWest Accelerator Program, where I offer Business Consultancy Services, which include Ideation and Business Value workshops. I am responsible for several Major Partners in the Channel community across the UK, for whom I am an Intrapreneur and developer of sales strategies that return demonstrable business value. During my 25+ years experience in B2B and B2C sales, I have built and managed multiple high performing and cross functional teams and been fortunate to have accrued experience in all aspects of sales and pre-sales activity across multiple industries. I have attended a sponsored mini-MBA program at the Cranfield School of Management and am a voracious learner and social educator. I enjoy challenging and motivating myself and others to delight and inspire our customers through delivery of successful outcomes through collaboration and innovation.
