As a Quality- Corporate at Bisleri International Pvt Ltd, I ensure the highest standards of food safety and quality for the leading bottled water brand in India. I work with the quality assurance team to monitor, audit, and improve the processes and practices across the production, packaging, and distribution stages. I also collaborate with the research and development team to implement innovative solutions and technologies to enhance the product quality and shelf life. I have a BTech degree in Food Processing and Engineering from karunya university, where I gained a strong foundation in the principles and applications of food science, engineering, and technology. I have also acquired multiple certifications in project integration management, quality management, and lean six sigma, which have enabled me to optimize the efficiency, productivity, and profitability of the food processing operations. I have published a research paper on the preparation and evaluation of sugarcane juice powder by spray drying, which demonstrates my passion and expertise in the field of food processing. I am always eager to learn new skills and explore new challenges in the food and beverages industry.
