I currently work as the Client Onboarding Team Leader at Marsh, where I am working to develop and maintain a best-in-class client onboarding experience. Before Marsh, I was a People Operations & Support Manager at Altourage, a NYC based MSP that supports numerous clients in a variety of capacities. I love working on a small team who dedicates their time and energy to improving the experience of customers that choose to utilize our services. We are a successful team because we effectively communicate, and can trust and rely on each other to provide continuous and consistent support, and that makes each day in the office very exciting. Prior to Cartwheel, I was a Senior Sales Team Leader and Training Coordinator for Apple. I was inspired everyday by the amazing people that I had the privilege of working with and continue to be very proud to have had the opportunity to impact their lives with with my leadership skills. My life's work is to be a champion for my team, to identify their professional obstacles and opportunities and to help them hone their abilities to push further in their careers. Before my life at Apple, I was an Operations Manager and Corporate Trainer for a small Charlotte based hospitality company. During the 8 years spent growing with that group I overcame so many challenges that nearly any hurdle I come across now seems completely manageable. I pride myself on being able to anticipate issues before they happen and to be excellent at preparing for all inevitabilities. I want my work to challenge me, to invoke self-improvement, and to encourage me to use critical thinking skills. I am passionate about technology and how it can inspire innovation around processes and communication. I believe in the importance of diversity and inclusion to cultivate the best team dynamic and my core foundation of hospitality blends uniquely with my approach to any project I'm involved in or group I work with. When I am not working I am slowly but surely working my way through as many NYC eateries as possible. I will try anything once, I'm not scared of spice, and I have a slight obsession with handmade noodles.
