I am told that I am a 'serial problem solver'. I find it rewarding to help people to identify and overcome problems, and improve performance and efficiency, especially with the use of IT. I have a wide range of experience in IT, IT consultancy, training and running a small organisation. I am a "jack of all trades" with regard to the latter and am capable of all aspects of the day to day running of a small organisation including finance, VAT, payroll, HR, employment, recruitment, compliance and marketing via IT. As a trainer I have trained at all age ranges from 5 - 75! From basic IT literacy to Cisco CCNA. I have talked to gatherings of 200+, taken e-tutorials and at my best at bespoke 1:1 training/mentoring sessions. I have developed specialism in bespoke 1:1 mentoring and training, matching an individual's needs to specific problems and development plans. Am interested in supporting small to medium sized organisations.
