As a Fintech professional, I have a growing curiosity for all aspects of the industry and a passion for helping borrowers succeed. I joined Upstart, a leading online lending platform, as a Payments Associate in February 2022, shortly afterword I specialized in Auto Loans and since then I have demonstrated a proven ability to assist borrowers in the Auto realm. I collaborate with multiple departments to ensure borrower success, not only helping them understand the processes related to personal auto loans, but by building a relationship with them. I have a strong attention to detail and a knack for mentoring new hires and peers. I am always eager to learn new skills and am continuously improving myself, as evidenced by my certifications on LinkedIn, as well as acknowledgments and promotions within Upstart. My goal is to grow with Upstart and contribute to its mission of expanding access to affordable credit.
