About Lewis Lee

Welcome to my profile! I am from Urbanmetry, a property data company that specializes in data analytics for various industries like real estate, financial institutions, utility & infrastructure, retail, etc. People are constantly saying that the property market has been experiencing a property overhang issue, but have you ever wondered why are there properties that are selling like hotcakes while others aren't? It turns out that the propelling factors for the performance of property markets are more than just the superficial Supply & Demand numbers that we are familiar with! Our experts help you to put together and organize data that are fragmented and unstructured with our proprietary algorithms so that you do not have to do the work! Our data allows you to understand not only the supply & demand trends, but also the up-to-date property market landscape, market trends, consumers' preferences, geo-behavioural data, etc, all at a degree as granular as neighbourhood level, so that you know how to lay out your game plan that caters to your target market. Feel free to reach out to me at lewis@urbanmetry.com (+6011-5641 5689) if you think we can help you optimise your product development and branch expansion.
