As a System Physician Executive at Novant Health, I oversee the Women's and Children's Institute and Innovation Center, where I lead strategic initiatives to improve the quality, safety, and patient experience for women and children across the organization. With over 20 years of experience as a practicing physician, I have developed clinical expertise in minimally-invasive and robotic surgery, obstetrics, gynecology, and clinical management. My mission is to empower women and children to achieve optimal health and wellness, and to foster a culture of collaboration, diversity, and excellence among my team and colleagues. I am passionate about advancing quality of life for families, and improving women's and children's health through innovation, research, and education.
