Lewis is an extremely dedicated and driven Service Transition and Transformation consultant with experience in service design, communications, IT strategy as well as organisational change management. With a well-rounded body of knowledge that includes the ITIL Service Management Framework (ITIL Foundation Certificate) and project management methodologies (Prince 2). He has worked across multiple industries including aviation, pharmaceuticals, media, software asset management and trading and finance. He is experienced in working on IT Transformation and outsource programmes in a project management capacity, where his energy and ability to deliver under pressure allows him to excel when hitting deadlines and producing deliverables. Lewis has a passion for successful people centric project delivery and is able to build strong relationships with client end users and executives alike. His background in IT Service Support roles means he is excellent at communicating technical subjects to non-technical people in meaningful terms. These skills translate into a project environment when defining business requirements and developing business change engagement approaches and communication’s to the wider business. Lewis is a highly regarded member of any project team, who can work independently and is able to articulate and execute ideas in a fast paced customer environment.
