I started with Aqua Platinum over 13 years ago. Having initially started on an apprentice qualification as a trainee building modular pool systems, over time I have developed into a Senior Service and Maintenance Engineer. Fluent in all plant operations, I have the knowledge and proficiencies in maintenance of small domestic pools to high end commercial installations, being fully accredited in Triogen; UV and Ozone systems, Bayrol specialist and Heatstar trained. Since the launch of Aqua Platinum Servicing Ltd – sister company of APP – I transition into a more senior role could not be more imminent. My positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond has been exceptional from the coaching of two new engineers, completing in-house training of all our systems ensuring they have the knowledge and qualities of servicing and maintenance to uphold Aqua Platinum’s core values and promise to our clients. I always thrive in being the most excellent with client relations. My impeccable attitude and attention to detail ensures our clients are getting the best possible experience.
