With over 30 years of experience in the U.S. Navy and federal civil service, I am a Program Management Principle at Modern Technology Solutions, Inc.(MTSI), a leading provider of engineering and technical solutions to the defense and intelligence sectors. I leverage my expertise in acquisition, logistics, and financial management to deliver innovative and cost-effective solutions to complex challenges and requirements. Previously, I served as a Senior Program Manager and a Senior Acquisition Logistics Manager at Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), where I led and transformed multiple Echelon II Commands, managing programs and contracts valued at over $460M annually. I collaborated with over 50 government agencies and 25 private-industry companies, earning a flawless reputation among senior military and federal executives. I also hold a PMP certification and an MBA degree, demonstrating my commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
