I’ve had various roles and have been responsible for a broad range of activities. Through consultative selling I have gained knowledge of various aspects of real estate, such as workplace (strategy), smart buildings and design & build. Throughout my career I have committed myself to forge, foster and further amazing and engaged teams. I was able to take organizations to the next level by building meaningful relationships with internal and external clients. I believe in constantly challenging/ educating myself and support others to do the same. Because the importance of technology keeps increasing, I'm excited to keep myself up to date and share best practices with others through seminars, lectures and workshops. I am convinced that innovation in our sector is possible when we work together, share and continue to learn from each other. My memberships at the Dutch Facility Management Association (FMN) and CoreNet Benelux are examples of this philosophy.
