About Lex Manapsal

Having been on both sides of the negotiating table representing clients and customers from different walks of life allowed Lex to fully comprehend the depth and importance of a real estate transaction. Lex began his successful career in real estate as one of the top producers and VP in a downtown Manhattan brokerage firm while earning his Associate Broker's license in a couple of years. He then advanced his career at Douglas Elliman Real Estate then eventually obtained his real estate license in New Jersey and was associated with Weichert, Realtors (2014), Keller Williams City Views Realty (2015) in Fort Lee and with NextHome Realty Center (Cypress, TX) in 2017. Lex has put down roots in Houston now, particularly in the Cypress area due to a family member's job transfer and enjoyed everything the city has to offer, specially the real estate market. As a local resident, he has immersed himself in knowing what makes this market unique. Becoming a part of Texas United Realty is a step forward to helping clients and customers reach their individual goals. Prior to these experiences, he also had the chance to work for one of the biggest retail store in New York as an Auditor in Sales and developed a keen sense of detail, accuracy and an unbiased, independent opinion. Lex also had the pleasure to work as a Loan Officer for one of New Jersey's Mortgage Broker and was able to successfully helped his clients secure their dream homes by providing them the much needed honest advise and finding them the best mortgage product that fits their individual needs. Lex has a BS in Accountancy and attended Law School for a couple of years while working as a legal assistant for an international bank's legal department handling REO's (Foreclosed and Distressed properties) Real estate and Chattel mortgages, registrations and inspections. He is also an avid musician and a TaeKwonDo Dad to a black belt 13 year old son and 7 year old daughter. His down-to-earth demeanor and superb work ethic coupled with more than a decade and a half of sales experience lead Lex to pursue his passion for Real Estate.
