About Lex Rees

I like to help organisations grow stronger and more successful. I believe in a human-centred approach, using the 'why' of what we do and how we behave. I like to help people by finding the next step on their career path and help them discover their talents. I have worked with clients including: top 10 large pharma, Olympic Committees, Premier League, Championship and La Liga football teams; NBA and NFL franchises and private companies in the health/ sport/ wellness arena. My experience is varied - media, higher education, B2B, B2C, grassroots sport through to professional sport. I believe this has given me a great understanding of how all types of organisations operate and behave, and the common themes/ challenges that are consistent across all workplaces. Outside of work, you can find me running, doing yoga and Pilates, going to the gym, horse riding, cycling, hiking. Being active is my passion, usually to the soundtrack of podcasts about politics, economics, psychology and history.
