Joined MasonHub during their first facilities opening and acquired many roles during their start-up.Provided support to our clients, account managers, and operation teams. Achieved a specialist role in operations under order fulfillment and shipping exceptions. Achieved the first customer service and lead role during the first year of this start up as a temp, which lead to becoming the company’s first temp-to-hire. Implemented and documented new processes for both operation order fulfillment and resolutions and for customer support. Trained new employees in operations and customer support Communicated with clients via zendesk and zoom, assisting in SOP implementation, special requests, and operations. Welcomed and toured with clients during their visits. Filed carrier claims and requested carrier reroutes. Assist with inbound receiving and barcode issues. Schedule inbound and outbound appointments from our dock. Provided support in international customs clearance delays as well as identifying HTS codes for our clients’ product. Performed these roles in-office and transitioned to remote.
