I’ve always been passionate about building — whether that means growing high-performing sales teams, launching new business ideas, or creating a life I love outside of work as a mom. I started my career feeling just as uncertain as many new grads do today. With the right mentors and a lot of grit, I accelerated quickly and became a VP of Sales in my mid 20s. Now I lead a team of 15 sales stars at the world’s largest Amazon agency, helping some of the biggest brands scale in one of the most competitive marketplaces in the world. Alongside my work, I’ve made it my mission to help young professionals launch successful careers in this new AI-driven era. I believe AI isn’t something to fear — it’s the ultimate tool to supercharge your career if you know how to use it.
