About Lexi Munson

I am a recent graduate of St. Catherine University where I studied Accounting, Marketing, and Nonprofit Strategies & Operations. I am also a passionate artist and always looking for new ways to combine my passion for art and business. My goal at the beginning of every day is to utilize business strategies I have learned to spread the joy of art to my community. My role as an assistant at White Bear Center for the Arts allowed me to learn the administrative and creative sides of how an art center operates. I worked as a receptionist, as well as an administrative and ceramics studio assistant for the Imagine Art youth program where I fired work and continued to improve upon my established organizational system for finished clay pieces. Prior to my part-time position at WBCA, I was a volunteer for the same program for 2 years, logging an estimated total of 300 hours. Being able to share my love for art with the passionate kids that come through the program was an irreplaceable experience, and I am constantly on the lookout for more opportunities that fulfill my desire to leave the community happier and stronger than I found it.
