About Lexi Roberts

Since graduating college at College of the Ozarks and now the Kanakuk Institute as well, I am still uncertain what I want to do career wise, however, I have a strong desire to serve others in creative and exciting ways. I have had personal experience with the foster care/adoption system since a kid. In addition, I graduated from college with a child studies degree, where I learned more about specifically child development and how it can impact an individual leading into their adult life. I do have a passion for this group, however, I am not sure if or how I would end up using it. Ultimately, I love getting to interact with individuals of all ages and getting the chance to hear their stories, where they come from, or simply getting to serve others and bring a little joy into their lives. I have also had the opportunity to work in customer service with retail, food and hotel guest services where I have developed customer service, empathy, the ability to listen to others needs and communicate, as well as develop the desire to help others. I currently work as an administrative assistant with the College of the Ozarks clinic, where I am learning more of how to help others, develop a plethora of computer skills, and enhance my attention to detail and organization. I recently graduated from the Kanakuk Institute which is an 8 month Bible program, typically for post college graduates, where I had the opportunity to inductively study scripture and learn how to apply it, and defend the Bible using Scripture.
