As a case manager at Morgan & Morgan, I provide excellent customer service and support to clients who have been injured due to negligence or wrongdoing. I work with a team of attorneys and paralegals to ensure timely and effective communication, documentation, and resolution of cases. I have been in this role for over 2 years, and I have gained valuable skills and experience in legal research, case management software, and client relations. I graduated from Alabama State University in 2022 with a BA in Communication and Media Studies. During my studies, I developed strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills. I also completed an internship at SummitMedia, where I assisted with various media projects and learned about the radio industry. Additionally, I worked as a mobile expert at T-Mobile for six months, where I demonstrated my ability to sell, service, and troubleshoot mobile devices and plans. I am passionate about helping people and making a positive impact in the world. I am also interested in learning new skills and exploring new opportunities in the communication and media field.
