With over a decade of experience in the motor industry, I am still passionate about the trade. I do however believe that we need to get back to basics, in giving phenomenal customer service. This is the one trait that makes any dealership stand out, especially in this time with such a wide variety of choice for customers. I have learnt that by being honest with customers, you will have a customer for life. Having worked mostly while on the road, I understand the importance of teamwork and understanding what each persons role entails. I have worked with most brands (petrol, diesel and electric) and understand the importance of having relevant product knowledge. I also enjoy sharing this knowledge with others. I am straight forward, tenacious, goal orientated and also am smart enough to know when a strategy is not working.
