With over 15 years of experience in the banking and finance industry, I am a passionate and driven leader who specializes in business and sales leadership, franchise relations, management, and consulting. I currently work as Regional Manager - ANZ Mobile Lending, where I partner with a team of mobile lenders who provide tailored and flexible home loan solutions to our customers across the region. In my previous role as the Regional Manager of Commercial Home Loans for Greater Melbourne, I managed a team of 18 senior home and investment lenders and assistants who served and relationship-managed the complex mortgage lending needs of our corporate and commercial banking stakeholders and their clients. I leveraged my skills in franchise relations, franchise management, and franchise consulting to deliver exceptional customer service, increase customer retention, and grow market share. I also collaborated with various internal and external partners to ensure compliance, risk management, and operational excellence.
