About Lia Dolcinelli

With a background in International Business and Digital Business Management, I combine my passion for data analysis and digital transformation with a strong foundation in sales. During my studies at Bochum University of Applied Sciences and the University of Portsmouth, I developed a deep interest in Sales Management, Data and Business Analytics, and Digital Transformation. I’ve worked on projects related to digital transformation, innovation, data analysis, and customer satisfaction, gaining hands-on experience in how data-driven insights can drive business improvements. Currently, I work in sales, where I began in order fulfillment. My role has since evolved to include more data and analysis-related tasks that support business decisions. I am passionate about using data-driven insights for analytical problem-solving to create meaningful, impactful change and deliver value through innovative solutions. Outside of work, I enjoy learning new languages, traveling, and exploring diverse cultures. I like new challenges and look forward to continuously expanding my experiences.
