Hi, there! I am a psychotherapist who primarily works with adults looking for help with borderline personality disorder, anxiety, and depression. While I have experience in a number of evidence-based treatments, my primary approaches include cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT), person-centred therapy, and solution-focused therapy. However, I believe that every client is different and should not be limited to any one therapeutic approach. As such, I often use a variety of therapeutic modalities to ensure that your unique needs are met. I am a firm believer in authenticity in the therapeutic relationship. I understand that seeking therapy can be an overwhelming experience, and I want to emphasize that at its core, therapy is a conversation.
