About Liam Brassington

Completed High School at Varsity College and currently studying a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree at Griffith University with an expected graduation of late 2020. I have had the opportunity to experience engineering work at ProTest engineering as well as Brisbane City Council. I'am currently seeking work experience within the industry to further my skills and gain valuable experience. I tend to propel myself into challenges when it comes to learning as this forces me to think outside the box. Most projects completed at uni have been group orientated which comes easy to me as I tend to regularly engage and maintain a happy relationship within the group. Throughout my 3 years of studying, I have not only improved my knowledge on the engineering field but also a handful of day to day necessities (such as time management). Upon completing my degree I hope to bring new techniques and methods learnt at uni and adapt these into the community in order to make it a better place. I see the community evolving into a world with higher buildings, longer bridges and stronger structures; and I can't wait to see this change and hopefully be apart of it.
